Request a refund
Updated 13 July 2026
If you cannot attend, you can ask the organiser for a refund straight from your ticket page. Open your tickets (from the link in your ticket email, or from My tickets if you have an account), then choose Request a refund, pick a reason, and send it. There is nothing to install and you do not need to email anyone.
Whether you can request one
It depends on the organiser's refund policy for that event, which is set when the event goes on sale. Some events allow refund requests up to a number of days before the date; some only refund if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If a request is not possible, the ticket page tells you why rather than showing a dead button.
What happens next
Your request goes to the organiser, who approves or declines it. We email you either way. If it is approved, the ticket price is refunded to the card you paid with and your tickets stop working at the door. The booking fee is not refunded on a requested refund; it is only returned when the whole event is cancelled. If it is declined, the organiser leaves a short note and your tickets stay valid.
If the event was cancelled or has been postponed or changed, you do not need to request anything; see Refunds and cancelled events. Your statutory consumer rights are never affected.
