Our fees
Tickets on findout carry one booking fee: €0.50 plus 4% of the ticket price, per ticket. There are no other buyer fees, no order fees, and no delivery fees, and the price you see anywhere on findout is the all-in price you pay at checkout, to the cent.
If an organiser cancels, findout refunds every buyer in full, including the booking fee, with no request needed. Your ticket money settles into the organiser's own account, so it is always there to give back. Nobody else in this market refunds fees. Details in the refund policy.

Venues and organisers pay nothing to sell tickets on findout: they receive the full ticket price they set. The booking fee is charged to the buyer and itemised before payment, every time.
