Fees

Selling tickets on findout costs you nothing: no listing fee, no monthly fee, no percentage of your revenue. You receive the full ticket price you set, for every ticket sold.

What buyers pay

Buyers pay one booking fee of €0.50 plus 4% of the ticket price, per ticket, added on top of your price and itemised before payment. On a €20.00 ticket the buyer pays €21.30 and you receive €20.00. Buyers always see the all-in price up front, so the fee never surprises them at checkout and never comes out of your number.

How that compares

The fees pageshows the same numbers next to Eventbrite, Skiddle, Fatsoma, and DICE. findout's buyer fee is a fraction of the market's, which matters to you directly: a lower fee means your ticket costs the buyer less at the same face value.

One edge case

The booking fee applies per ticket even on free tiers, so a free ticket costs the buyer €0.50. If you want the door genuinely free, list the event as free entry without ticketing, or use tickets knowingly; the fee is how the ticketing service is paid for.
