The price you see is the price you pay

Most ticket sites show you one number and charge you another. A booking fee appears at checkout, then a service fee, then tax on the fees. findout does the opposite: the booking fee is a flat 50 cent plus 4 percent, VAT included, and it is shown on the ticket and in the total before you pay, every time. No fee is added after you decide.

Organisers keep the full ticket price

When you run an event on findout, you set the ticket price and you receive that full amount. The buyer pays the booking fee, not you. The money for your tickets goes straight to your own account through Stripe, and your payout is released after the event. findout never holds your takings in between.

findout is made in Dublin by a small team. We cover the rooms the big platforms overlook: the trad session in the back bar, the comedy night, the Saturday market, the club night that sells out on word of mouth. If it is on, we want it findable, whether it sells tickets, charges at the door, or is free to walk into.
