Find your tickets

When you pay for a ticket on findout, your tickets are emailed to you straight away. The email contains the QR code for each ticket and a button that opens your ticket page in the browser. That email is all you need at the door.

Lost the email?

Go to Find my tickets and enter the email address you paid with. We send a sign-in link to that address; open it and you land on your orders, with every ticket and its QR code. No password, no account setup.

• Use the exact address you gave at checkout. Tickets are matched to the email that paid, so a different address will find nothing.
• Check your spam or promotions folder for both the ticket email and the sign-in link.
• The link signs you in on the device you open it on, so open it where you want the tickets.

If you have a findout account

Log in and your orders are always in My tickets. Orders you made as a guest with the same email address appear there too.

Still nothing?

If the email address is right and there is still no order, the payment may not have gone through; check your card statement. If you were charged and still cannot find the order, contact us with the charge amount and date and we will trace it.
