Buying without an account

You never need an account to buy tickets on findout. Checkout asks for your email address, you pay, and your tickets arrive by email. That is the whole flow.

What your email address does

The address you confirm at payment is where the tickets go, and it is also how you get back to them later: Find my tickets sends a sign-in link to that address whenever you need your orders again. Type it carefully; a ticket sent to a mistyped address is the most common reason tickets go missing.

If you create an account later

Create an account with the same email address and your past guest orders appear in My tickets automatically; they are matched by email.

Limits

Orders are capped at 10 tickets each. For larger groups, place more than one order.
