Payment methods and pricing

All-in pricing, always

Every price shown on findout is the full amount you will pay at checkout, to the cent. The all-in price is the ticket's face value plus one booking fee of €0.50 plus 4% of the ticket price, per ticket, itemised before you pay. There are no order fees, delivery fees, or surprises at the last step. A €15.00 ticket costs €16.10, every time, on every screen.

The booking fee applies per paid ticket. Free tickets are truly free: reserving a €0.00 ticket costs €0.00, no fee. How the fee compares to other platforms is on our fees.

How you can pay

Checkout is handled by Stripe, the payment provider used across the industry. Cards are accepted, and Apple Pay or Google Pay appear automatically at checkout when your device and browser support them. All prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies.

Where your money goes

Your payment goes to the event's venue or organiser as the seller; findout's booking fee is the only part findout keeps. Card details never touch findout's servers; they are handled entirely by Stripe.
