Your ticket at the door
Updated 13 July 2026
Each ticket has its own QR code, sent in your confirmation email and shown on your ticket page. At the door, staff scan the code and you are in. Screenshots work; the code does not need to be live on the site.
Each code admits once
The first valid scan of a code is the one that counts; any later copy of the same code is refused. That is why you should never post your QR code publicly. If you are passing a spare ticket to a friend, send them their specific ticket's code and keep yours.
Phone dead or email missing?
Door staff can look up your order by the name you gave at checkout and check you in against your ticket's serial number. Give the name on the order and, if you have it, the 8-character serial shown under each ticket.
No signal at the venue
Scanning works even when the venue has no coverage; your code is verified on the scanner's device. A saved screenshot of the QR code is all you need.
Tickets at the door
Some listings say "Tickets at the door" instead of selling online; for those you simply pay at the venue and no QR code is involved.
