I didn't get my confirmation email
Updated 13 July 2026
Your tickets are emailed the moment payment completes. If nothing has landed, it is almost always one of four things, in this order.
1. It is in spam or a hidden tab
Check your spam or junk folder first, and in Gmail also check the Promotions and Updates tabs. Search your whole mailbox for the exact sender: every ticket email comes from findout <tickets@findout.ie>, with the event name in the subject line. If you find it in spam, mark it as not spam so the door-night email does not hide too.
2. The email address has a typo
A mistyped address at checkout is the most common reason a ticket email never arrives; the email went, just not to you. If you suspect a typo, contact us with the charge amount, the date, and the name you gave at checkout; we trace the order and re-send your tickets to the correct address.
3. You do not need the email anyway
Your tickets live on your ticket page, not only in the email. Go to Find my tickets and enter the address you paid with; we send a fresh sign-in link and you land on your orders with every QR code. You can request that link as many times as you need.
4. The payment did not complete
No charge means no order and no email. Check your card statement: if there is no charge from FINDOUT.IE, the payment did not go through, the tickets were not issued, and the event page will still sell you them. If there is a charge and steps 1 to 3 still find nothing, contact us and we will sort it.
