Report a problem with an event or listing

findout is curated, and we want to know when something on it is wrong. Report a listing if the details are incorrect, the event seems not to exist, the images misrepresent it, or anything about it looks like a scam.

How to report

Use the Contact us button below with the event name and the link to its page, and tell us what is wrong. If it concerns an order you placed, include the order number so we can act on both at once.

What happens next

• We check the report against the listing and contact the organiser where needed.
• Listings that are wrong get corrected; listings that should not be on findout come down.
• If you bought tickets to an event that turns out to be cancelled or not as sold, the refund policy applies and we process it with the seller.

Safety issues at a venue are for the venue's own staff and, where serious, the authorities. For anything about the ticketing after the fact, come back to us.
