Help CentreGoing to an event

The event was postponed or changed

Updated 13 July 2026

Postponed or rescheduled

Your ticket stays valid for the new date automatically; you do not need to do anything. If you cannot make the new date, you can ask for a refund of the ticket's face value within 14 days of the new date being announced. After those 14 days the ticket remains valid but is no longer refundable.

Materially changed

If something central to the event changes, such as the headline act, the date, or the venue, you can ask for a face-value refund. Smaller changes do not qualify: support acts, set times, the running order, or the weather at an outdoor event.

What is not refunded

For postponements and changes the refund is the ticket's face value; the booking fee is only refunded when the event is cancelled outright. Details in the refund policy.

How to ask

Contact us with your order number and the event name, or reply to your ticket email. We process the refund with the organiser and it returns to the card you paid with.
