Connect payouts with Stripe

findout partners with Stripe for payouts. You connect a Stripe Express account, verify your identity once, and ticket revenue settles to your bank account. Ticket money is paid by buyers into your Stripe account, not findout's; it is your money from the moment of sale, held to your payout schedule.

What onboarding involves

From your organiser dashboard, choose connect payouts and Stripe walks you through Express onboarding: your details, an identity check, and the bank account for payouts. This is standard know-your-customer verification, required by law before money can be paid out to you, and it is Stripe asking, not findout; findout never sees your documents.

When it has to be done

You can draft your listing before connecting, but buyers cannot pay you until Stripe has verified you, so ticket sales stay off until verification completes. Most people get verified in minutes; do it before your on-sale date, not the morning of the event.

If Stripe asks for more

Occasionally Stripe requests extra documents after the initial check. Your dashboard shows the payout status; resolve any request promptly or payouts pause until it is cleared.
